Kenzie
meet janie
In June of last year, Janie was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia, cancer of the blood. Her dad, Joe, said, “When we got this diagnosis, I didn't think there was much hope." But Janie got lucky and was referred to St. Jude for treatment, where survival rates of leukemia have increased from 4% to nearly 94% today.
Now, Janie is undergoing chemotherapy, and will hopefully have beaten cancer before she starts kindergarten. And her family will not have spent a dime on her treatment.
Because of generous donations, families will not pay at all for their children to be cured.
